Latest Technology
This Finishing Equipment Model AE-2D-0-SP is a state of the art high capacity, low emission vapor degreaser. It is totally automated with a computerized touch screen and a programmable handling system. The handling system is integrated into an enclosure that covers the top of the entire system. The top enclosure dramatically reduces emissions and operator exposure to levels that meet even the most stringent exposure level requirements. This unit also meets NESHAP requirements.
Complex Parts
The AE-2D-0-SP vapor degreaser also has a "Super Heated Vapor System." This system raises the temperature of the vapor and parts which causes any residual solvent on the work to be completely flashed off while dwelling in the condensing coil zone. This eliminates solvent drag out even on complex surface configurations or in blind holes. It also allows the use of fine meshing on work baskets to contain extremely small parts without trapping solvent in the basket or within the mesh itself.

The combination of the rotating basket fixture, ultrasonic immersion, top enclosure, and super heated vapor system allow the AE-2D-0-SP vapor degreaser to cost effectively clean a large number of simple or complex parts to the highest standard while using a relatively low volume of solvent while exceeding typical safety standards.
