Low Emission Ultra-Kool Vapor-Immersion Degreasing System
This is a large vapor degreasing system manufactured by Ulta-Kool and decommissioned with virtually no use. This unit is in near OEM condition. The secondary coil, roll-top, and safety controls make this vapor degreaser a good choice where NESHAP compliance for your batch vapor degreasing applications are required.
Vapor - Immersion - Spray
This degreaser is a vapor, immersion, and spray unit with two sumps (a boil sump and an immersion sump). It features a vapor zone working dimensions of 96" x 30" x 24". The sump depths are:
- Boil Sump: 33" x 30" x 24"
- Immersion Sump: 33" x 30" x 24"
- Work / Dwell Shelf: 30" x 30" x 24"
Primary Refrigeration
Refrigerated Glycol Chiller refrigerated by a 5-ton R-22 Copeland Scroll Compressor for refrigeration of the primary coil is included as part of the purchase price.
Secondary Refrigeration
This Ultra-Kool vapor degreaser also features a low-temperature refrigerated secondary coil for capturing fugitive emissions. The secondary coil is refrigerated by a Copeland R-404a refrigerant.
Spray System
This unit comes equipped with a spray wand system for enhanced cleaning and has an extra large spray reserve reservoir for added spray capacity.
Lid System
This unit has a roll top lid system which minimizes the space required for a slide lid system (minimizing the overall footprint) and eliminates the emission problems of a lift and drop type lid system.
