Baron Blakeslee DP-4
This is a fully refurbished Baron Blakeslee DP-4 vapor degreasing system. The DP-4 is the smallest of Baron Blakeslee's DP Line. This unit features a low temperature refrigerated vapor trap for the secondary coil and a motorized power cover lid system. This model was designed to clean large parts in a vapor condensation spray process and has a 50-gallon spray reservoir for high through-put capability.
The secondary coil, roll-top, and safety conrols make this vapor degreasing system a good choice where NESHAP compliance for your batch vapor degreasing of large parts is necessary.
Primary Refrigeration
The primary condensing coil is water or glycol cooled. A matching glycol chilling unit is available if desired
Secondary Refrigeration
This unit also features a low-temperature refrigerated secondary coil for capturing fugitive emissions. The secondary coil is refrigerated by a Copeland 3/4 hp semi-hermetic R404a refrigeration system.
Spray System
This vapor degreaser comes equipped with a spray wand system for enhanced cleaning capability. The system has a 50-gallon spray reservoir for added spray capacity.
Lid System
The unit has a motorized roll top lid system which minimizes the space required for a slide lid system and consequently minimizing the overal footpring of the degreasing system. This type of lid system also eliminates the emission problems inherent in a lift-and-drop type lid system.
